Good to know
Why is it an estimate and not a fixed price?
Our prices are based on an average 2,100 sq ft home in normal, lived-in condition. Bigger rooms, heavy buildup or a home that hasn't had a professional clean in a while take longer. We'll confirm your exact price before we start.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Many customers leave a key or a door code. We'll text when we arrive and when we're done.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything from vacuums to microfiber cloths. Choose "Eco-friendly products" in the extras if you'd like plant-based, fragrance-free cleaners.
You really dust taxidermy?
We really do. Mounts get a gentle once-over with soft brushes and low-suction tools, and we never use liquids or sprays on fur, feathers or antlers. Add it in the Den / office card.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean that area for free.
